Fix Kicked In Door Frame

Scrape away any small chunks of wood that may be protruding from the door frame.

Insert the end of a putty knife between the loose casing on the doorknob side on the interior side of the door. Loosen and remove the screws that hold the strike plate at the face of the door jamb with a screwdriver.
